Lions Elite Management was founded in 2014 in Casablanca by Khalid Mansouri, a former professional footballer who had seen first-hand how Moroccan talent was underrepresented — and undervalued — in the global market.
Armed with connections forged on pitches from Marrakech to Madrid, Khalid built an agency that operates with two principles: complete integrity and relentless ambition for every player we represent.
Today, Lions Elite is one of Morocco's most trusted sports management agencies, with a roster spanning the Botola Pro, Spanish La Liga, Belgian Pro League, and Saudi Pro League. Our clients do not just play football — they build legacies.

Sports law specialist with experience at FIFA and the Royal Moroccan Football Federation. Samira ensures every deal protects our players' rights and maximizes their value.
Rachid Bensouda
Director of Scouting
Ex-FRMF scout who has identified talent from Casablanca to Agadir for over a decade. Rachid leads a network of 20+ scouts operating across all Botola Pro divisions.
